Customer Support Manager - UK

First Line Ltd has a vacancy for a Customer Support Manager role. The successful candidates will report directly to their Key Account Managers and work closely with the International Trading Groups Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing the sales and profitability of all First Line Ltd brand(s) within a predefined sales area.
  • Supporting Key Account Managers to help grow sales in the UK Market
  • Maximising sales opportunities through analysis and order fulfilment by working closely with Customer Services, Product and Warehouse Distribution
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, to ensure continued customer growth in the area.
  • Identifying opportunities with new and existing customers to maximise the sales of First Line Ltd brands.
  • Gathering intelligence from the local market that would benefit the range development and desirability of First Line Ltd brands.
  • Visiting and supporting all assigned customers to ensure that their requirements are discussed and responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Providing clear and constructive feedback to the appropriate Department or Line Manager regarding any situation which may affect the sales, profit margin or reputation of First Line Ltd within the local market.
  • Developing strong business relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure a successful trading future in the local market.
  • Informing superiors of upcoming meetings, topics for discussion and tasks resulting from said meetings.
  • Representing First Line Ltd in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner.
  • Ensuring that the best interests of First Line Ltd are always prioritised.
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by First Line Ltd to complete the responsibilities above.

Requirements

  • Be able to represent First Line Ltd in a professional manner
  • Use best endeavours to increase the sales of our brands in each respective sales areas
  • Extremely high level of computer literacy – Word, Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Forecasting, Data Manipulation.
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and communication skills.
  • High levels of accuracy.
  • Have a good understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Has a detailed knowledge of vehicle components and repair.
  • Is a competent and professional presenter.

Export Customer Services Administrator

Export Customer Services Administrator

First Line Ltd has a vacancy for a Customer Services Administrator within our export department. The successful candidates will report directly to the Export Director and work closely with the our export sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders.
  • Reviewing previous out-of-stock references to ensure the highest stock availability at the time of the shipment.
  • Responding directly to customer requests for stock availability, price enquiries and order confirmations.
  • Understanding and implementing the necessary export processes and paperwork required for specific countries.
  • Raising invoices, considering appropriate shipping terms and when to charge carriage.
  • Working closely with internal staff who arrange collections with global logistics companies to ensure a smooth and swift customer experience.
  • Supporting the management of stock held at our other worldwide warehouses and assisting our different depots with their stock enquiries.
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure that new opportunities are maximised, information is shared and a maximum turnover for each customer is achieved.

Requirements

  • An appetite to learn.
  • A natural tenacity to maximise order values.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • High levels of accuracy and an attention to detail to minimise errors.
  • A Foreign language would be an advantage.
